The Asset Governor's new Expenditure Planning and Control Solution saves time and effort to generate consolidated Financial and Engineering budgets to provide a single view of the funding required to maintain the capability of your assets now and into the future.
This new Expenditure Planning and Control solution uses maintenance forecast costs, historic costs and financial depreciation and projected asset renewal to generate a comprehensive expenditure plan for your assets, as far into the future as you require.
The results of this automated process are then available for review and adjustment if necessary. Configuration options allow the selection of assets, costs categories and activity types that are included in the plan. Using these options allows plans to be generated for one asset, all asset in a group or all your assets.
A clear view of projected expenditure plan supplies the information required to secure appropriate budget funding and to optimise asset acquisition and disposal decisions.
